I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore both your present challenges and the past experiences that may be influencing them, fostering self-awareness and meaningful change.
Having faced my own mental health challenges, I know the courage it takes to seek support. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, drawing on evidence-based strategies to help you cope and thrive.

What brings me a sense of ease? Doing things that help me feel grounded and present. I love taking group spin classes for the energy and movement, spending time at the cottage listening to the water with the sun on my face, and getting creative with crafts. These moments of connection, activity, and relaxation help me recharge and find balance.
Something fun or interesting about me? When I was 16, I was in an accident while on vacation that left me without a few of my bottom teeth. While it was a tough experience at the time, it’s become a part of my story and a reminder of the strength we find in unexpected challenges.
