Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break? Do you notice your mind racing, feeling on edge, or pulling away from others, and even from yourself? You don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and support you in finding a path forward.

I offer integrative, evidence-based psychotherapy in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. My work integrates cognitive, emotional, and body-based approaches to help you regulate your nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, helping you better understand your experiences and respond to them in more supportive and empowering ways.

Clients often develop a greater sense of calm, emotional balance, and self-understanding. Over time, many feel more connected to themselves and others, better equipped to manage stress, and more confident moving forward with clarity and resilience.

Life Outside Session

  • I find ease in slowing things down - stepping away from the noise of the day, coming back to my breath, and moving gently through yoga. Those moments help me feel more grounded and settled, and bring me back to a sense of calm and connection with myself.

  • I loved camping as a child, and I still use time outdoors to reset - something about being in nature has a way of putting things back into perspective.

Now, let’s talk about you and your needs!
