You may feel disconnected from yourself, even though you’re used to being capable, independent, and handling everything on your own. Maybe the coping strategies that once helped you succeed (like perfectionism, people-pleasing, or pushing through with self-criticism) are now leaving you feeling exhausted, stuck, or quietly questioning your self-worth. When old patterns stop working, it can feel confusing and difficult to know how to move forward.

I help clients better understand the patterns, coping strategies, and emotional experiences that may be keeping them stuck while building more supportive and sustainable ways of relating to themselves and others. Together, we create a compassionate, collaborative space where you can slow down, feel supported, and safely explore what’s been weighing on you. My approach blends cognitive strategies with body-based practices, supporting both emotional insight and nervous system regulation while fostering greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.

I believe meaningful therapy begins with empathy, safety, and genuine human connection. My goal is to help you strengthen self-trust, feel more emotionally grounded, and move from simply getting by to living in a way that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with who you are.

    • Going on a walk with my dog listening to a good podcast.

    • A romance novel, my red light mask and a cup of tea.

    • A good meal with great friends.

  • I played water polo for most of my life, competing for team Ontario and junior team Canada. Though I no longer compete, I learned that moving my body can help me move through nearly any mood I’m in and is something I rely on to this day.

If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit!
