You may look like you’re holding everything together on the outside, but internally feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you really are anymore. Maybe you’ve been moving through life on autopilot trying to meet expectations, care for others, manage stress, or make the “right” decisions while quietly feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or far from yourself. Sometimes the pressure of daily life, unresolved past experiences, or recurring relationship patterns can leave you feeling ungrounded, restless, or searching for a deeper sense of meaning and balance.

I help clients reconnect with themselves in a more honest, compassionate, and grounded way. Together, we create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, explore your inner world with curiosity, and better understand the patterns, experiences, and emotions shaping your life. My approach is natural, collaborative, and engaging helping you feel at ease while we work toward greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and connection.

My goal is to help you move through life with more peace, authenticity, and confidence in who you are. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge, exploring recurring themes in your relationships, or simply longing to feel more aligned with yourself, therapy can help you rediscover a deeper sense of meaning, balance, and emotional freedom.

Life Outside Session

  • I feel most grounded in the simple moments - going for walks with my partner, son, and dog, sharing a great meal with friends, and getting lost in meaningful conversation. I value connection, presence, and the small rituals that help life feel slower and more intentional.

  • I’ve taken a bit of a non-traditional path in life. I spent much of my 20s exploring, living in different parts of the world, and collecting a wide range of experiences that shaped who I am today. I discovered my career in my 30s, and I truly love the work I do. That journey has given me a deep appreciation for growth, change, and the idea that there’s no single “right” timeline for life.

Now, let’s talk about you and your needs!
