You may be longing for deeper, healthier relationships while feeling stuck in patterns that leave you disconnected - from yourself, your partner, or the people who matter most to you. Maybe you find yourselves having the same arguments without feeling understood or able to move forward. Perhaps emotional distance has replaced closeness, or communication feels more frustrating than connecting. You may notice yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, shutting down, or fearing rejection, even when what you truly want is to feel accepted, valued, and emotionally safe. Over time, these experiences can leave you feeling lonely, exhausted, and unsure of how to create meaningful change.
I work with individuals and partners who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep them feeling disconnected. Together, we explore the emotions, experiences, and protective strategies that have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others, while creating space for new ways of connecting that feel more secure and authentic.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, anti-oppressive, and sex-positive. I welcome people of all identities, relationship structures, and ways of relating, including those in non-traditional and non-monogamous relationships.
My goal is to support you in building a stronger relationship with yourself and the people who matter most to you. Whether you are navigating conflict, emotional distance, healing from past experiences, exploring intimacy and sexuality, or wanting to shift long-standing patterns, therapy can help you move toward greater self-understanding, emotional safety, and relationships that feel more aligned with who you are.

Spending time outdoors, especially going for walks through High Park with my dog, brings me a sense of ease. I love the opportunity to slow down, be present, and enjoy the simple moments that help me feel grounded and connected.
