You may find yourself longing for deeper, healthier relationships while feeling stuck in patterns that leave you disconnected from yourself or the people you care about most. Perhaps you and your partner keep having the same arguments without resolution, emotional distance has replaced closeness, or communication feels more frustrating than connecting. Maybe you find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, shutting down, or fearing rejection, even when all you want is to feel understood, accepted, and emotionally safe. Over time, these patterns can leave you feeling lonely, emotionally exhausted, and unsure of how to move forward.
I help individuals and couples better understand the patterns shaping their relationships so they can move toward greater connection, confidence, and emotional safety. Together, we create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity rather than self-criticism. My approach is collaborative, engaging, and trauma-informed, helping you understand the protective patterns that once served you while developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
My goal is to help you build healthier, more secure relationships - both with yourself and with the people who matter most. Whether you”re navigating relationship challenges, healing from past experiences, exploring intimacy and sexuality, or working to break longstanding patterns, therapy can help you move toward greater connection, emotional safety, and authenticity.

Spending time outdoors, especially going for walks through High Park with my dog, brings me a sense of ease. I love the opportunity to slow down, be present, and enjoy the simple moments that help me feel grounded and connected.
